Participants are also invited to look into the future of the European Territorial Cooperation 2014-2020, and discuss the relationship between the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region and the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2014-2020. The conference will take place in Lilleström (Oslo region), Norway, 19 - 20 September.
The same venue will also be the place for the next BSSSV Annual Conference, 17 - 19 September. The EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region as well as the Europe 2020 strategy focuses on promoting a more resource efficient, greener and more competitive economy. Eastern Norway County Network and the BSSSC (Baltic Sea States Subregional Co-operation) would like to take stock on investments in green solutions in a time of economic crises. Ttherefore the 20th BSSSC Conference at Lilleström will take place under the title
