The project target group is the employees responsible for non formal education within Siauliai region. The main goal  is to strengthen skills and knowledge among personnell working within this field. The IC Network will organise a studytrip for a group of professionals from Lithuania to Norway and also in other ways help with knowhow and advices within the educational field. Project manager in Lithuania is Egidijus Koviera, director of NGO  "Vaikų ir jaunimo papildomo ugdymo centras" He says that the project has just started and will be implemented within one year.
