Celebrating Woman Leaders in Society

How many outstanding women do you know? That is the question that the Women in Public Life Awards asks annually. Now in its sixth year the award celebrates women leaders in society, and seeks to recognize and promote the work of women in politics, business, the civil service and community leadership.

Since September people all over are invited to nominate an inspirational person for the Woman in Public Life Award 2013 in one the following categories:

Woman in Business
Devolved Parliament or Assembly Member of the Year
Journalist of the Year
Local Government Personality of the Year
MP of the Year Peer of the Year
Male Women’s Rights Champion
International Women’s Rights Champion
Public Servant of the Year
Public Affairs Achiever of the Year
Voluntary Sector Achiever of the Year
